Merge, split, rotate and reorder on one canvas

Most sites make each of these a separate tool with its own upload and download. Here they are one screen, so assembling fifteen receipts into one annotated PDF is a single pass.

What it changes

Treat the document as pages you can arrange.

Organising pages is what turns a collection of PDFs into a document someone can actually use. A scan may be sideways, a signature page may need to move, an unnecessary page may need to disappear, or several source files may need to become one sequence. Working from one canvas means those choices happen before you export the finished result.

This is broader than a one-off merge or split. It is useful when pages need to be inspected, selected, rearranged and annotated together. Instead of repeatedly uploading and downloading between narrow tools, you can keep the pages in view until the document has the right order and shape.

The capability

More than one action on a file

01

Merge

Add as many files as you like. Pages from every file appear in one list you can rearrange freely.

02

Split and extract

Select the pages you want and export them as a new PDF. Annotations come with them, renumbered to match.

03

Rotate

Fix a sideways scan. The rotation is written into the file, so it stays fixed everywhere, not just on screen.

04

Reorder and duplicate

Drag pages into the right order. Duplicate one when you need a second copy of a signature page.

05

Delete

Remove pages you do not need. Annotations on the remaining pages stay where they belong.

06

Insert blank pages

Add a page for a signature block or a note, without leaving for another tool.

Useful when

When the page order is part of the answer.

Combining related source files

Bring invoices, receipts, appendices or supporting documents into one PDF, then arrange the resulting pages in the order a recipient needs to read them.

Fixing a scan before review

Rotate pages, remove blank scans and place the document in a coherent order before sharing it for internal or client review.

Creating a focused extract

Select and export only the pages a person needs, such as the relevant schedule from a longer report, while preserving the context of the source file as you work.

How it works

Start with the document. Keep the context.

  1. 01

Open the editor and drop your first PDF in.

  2. 02

Add more files, then select pages to rotate, duplicate, delete or export.

  3. 03

Annotate as you go, then download the finished document.

Questions, answered

Using this capability with confidence.

Can I merge more than two PDFs?

Yes. Add multiple files, then use the page canvas to arrange pages from every source document into the required order.

Can I rotate only one page?

Yes. Pages can be selected individually, which is useful when a document contains a single sideways scan among correctly oriented pages.

What happens to annotations when pages are reorganized?

Annotations remain associated with their pages as you work, so the document can be prepared and marked up in one process.

Can I keep an organized document with its client record?

Yes. Save the completed PDF in a workspace project to retain it alongside the related documents and later versions.

When the work needs to stay

Put the document in a workspace.

An assembled document saves as one version in the client's project, so the expense report you put together in March is still there in June.
