Connect your Drive account
Authorise access when you choose to import instead of sharing a broad folder with a separate system.
Google Drive™ integration
Import a PDF from Google Drive directly into the project where it belongs, then edit, review, sign and retain the resulting document without starting the client record over.
Connect Google Drive when you need it. The import starts from the client project you are already working in.
What it changes
Google Drive is often where a client PDF already lives: a report exported by another tool, a contract from a legal folder, a campaign plan or a signed scan. Importing it into EveryTask should not mean losing the folder context or making someone download, rename and upload the same file through a browser dialog.
The Google Drive connection brings the selected PDF into the current EveryTask project. From there, the document can follow the work it needs to do: page edits, review, new versions or a signature request. Drive remains useful for its wider file system; EveryTask provides the document-specific client workflow around the PDF.
The capability
Authorise access when you choose to import instead of sharing a broad folder with a separate system.
Bring the file into the current project without the download and re-upload detour.
Start from the project or folder that holds the rest of the client record.
Edit, review or request signature from the imported document rather than creating a disconnected copy.
Work on the imported PDF and retain subsequent versions with the project that owns the decision.
The integration is connected by the workspace user who chooses to use it, not by a public document link.
Useful when
Import an existing proposal, report or agreement into the project where the surrounding work and client context already live.
Use the import when a file needs comments, a review link or a visible decision rather than another folder location.
Drive can remain the source file system while EveryTask holds the review, version and signature record for a client document.
How it works
Open the client project and choose the Google Drive import action.
Connect Drive if needed, then select the PDF that belongs in the project.
Continue with the file in EveryTask: edit it, share it for review or keep its later versions with the client record.
Questions, answered
Yes. Start from the relevant EveryTask project, connect Google Drive if needed and select the PDF to import.
No. The connection flow returns you to the import action you started, so you can continue with the same project context.
Yes. Once it is in EveryTask, the PDF can continue through the document workflow just like an uploaded file.
No. Drive remains a file-storage system. EveryTask projects hold the client-facing document workflow, including review, versions and signing context.

When the work needs to stay
The connection removes the import detour, but the larger benefit is that the imported PDF can finally live beside the project, decisions and later versions it needs.
